HMIC has published a concise definition, recognition kit, boundaries, examples, and related public reference pages for Programmed Interface Compression (PIC): the reduction of repeated messages when an engineered, evolving shared reference carries the necessary meaning.

ALCOA+ by Public Consensus and ALCOA RubberStamp v1.0.0
HMIC has published a technical paper on externally verifiable audit evidence and a free, MIT-licensed reference implementation for deterministic file-set commitments and later verification.
Scope: the paper and software are a reference architecture and demonstration. They do not, by themselves, make a system compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, or another regulated requirement.

Record and correction lineage
Release classes: HMIC distinguishes an owned release from paid syndication, a direct pitch, editorial pickup, contributed writing, independent mention, and correction. Only an HMIC-owned release appears above unless a future entry states another class and identifies the evidence.
Corrections: factual corrections are added as dated notices to the relevant release; the original is not silently rewritten. As of this page's publication, no correction notices have been issued for the releases listed here.
